We apologise for the fact that we cannot accept returns for ‘change of mind’ or because the product does not work for your child for some reason.
We also will not issue refunds if:
- You enter the wrong shipping address at check-out, and your delivery goes missing.
- Your shipment is delayed, unless it still hasn't reached you after 6 months of your date of order.
We inspect every net before it leaves our factory, but if for some reason you receive a defective Safe Night Net, please get in touch with us immediately via the form on our 'Contact us' page.
Please do not use a net that is defective in any way. IT could place your child at risk.
Our product guarantee is as follows:
- We guarantee the Safe Night Net against tears and holes in the mesh or a damaged zip for one year from the date of purchase provided it is used, and washed, correctly. If the net is damaged, please contact us and we will provide an address for you to return the net to us. We will cover your reasonable air mail costs for returning it. As soon as we receive the net we will send you a replacement net assuming that the damage is has not been caused by obvious misuse.
- If a seam opens up within one year from the date of purchase we will provide you with up to US$50 in compensation to cover the costs of having the net repaired by a tailor.
